MS600
1/8" through 3/4" sizes for flows from 0.03 to 50 gpm. Standard pressure is 230 PSI @ 70°F. Polypropylene body and liner. Low cost, easy to install sensor with threaded NPT process fittings. Fluid temperatures up to 140°F.
MS1000
1" through 16" sizes for flows from 2.45 to 20,698 gpm. Standard pressure is 230 PSI @ 70°F. Polypropylene, Ebonite or PTFE liner. Low cost, easy to install wafer mounting. Fluid temperatures up to 302°F.
MS2410
1/8" through 4" sizes for flows from 0.04 gpm to 1294 gpm - Standard pressure is 230 PSI @ 70°F. PTFE liner. Temperatures up to 300°F. Tri-clamp fittings are perfect for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications. Rated for 3A sanitary approval.
MS2500
1" through 48" sizes for flows from 2.4 to 179,400 gpm. Pressures to 5600 PSI @ 70°F. Process temperatures up to 300° F. Polypropylene, Ebonite or PTFE liner.
MS3700 Hot-Tap Insertion Flowmeter
 3" through 80" pipe diameters for flows from 66 gpm to 517,440 gpm - pressures to 235 PSI. Temperatures up to 300° F. Insertion design can be installed and removed under pressure (when equipped with ball valve).
MS3770 Insertion Flowmeter
 3" through 80" pipe diameters for flows from 66 gpm to 517,440 gpm - pressures to 235 PSI. Temperatures up to 300°F. Insertion design can be installed and removed in non-pressurized lines.
MS3800 Insertion Flowmeter with optional pressure transducer
Four sizes designed for 12, 20, 28 & 40" pipe diameters for flows from 340 gpm to 120,000 gpm. Handles pressures to 230 PSI and temperatures up to 300°F. Insertion design can be installed and removed in pressurized lines.

The economical polyurethane MS5000 includes built-in o-ring seals and speedy "clamp-on" installation. The sensor can be equipped with a local or remote mounted converter.

ML110
Low cost converter with LCD display and three internal programming keys. Mounts on top of flow sensor or on a wall. Features empty pipe detection, PC or hand terminal programming and pulse, frequency and alarm outputs. 4-20mA output is also available. Plastic, NEMA 4x enclosure.

ML210
Rugged aluminum or plastic enclosure with backlit LCD graphics display and three external programming keys. Mounts on top of flow sensor, on a wall or in a panel. Features empty pipe detection, and includes pulse, frequency and alarm outputs. Features PC or hand terminal programming. 4-20 mA ouput and RS485 communications are standard. NEMA 4X enclosure.

ML211 Thermal Energy Monitor
Provides reliable BTU monitoring with no moving parts. Suitable for hot or chilled water. Measures flow rate, thermal energy temperature in, temperature out and temperature change. Full backlit LCD graphics display, 4-20mA output and RS485 communications. Compatible with FLOMOTION MS1000, MS2500 and MS3770 electromagnetic flowmeters.

ML250 Battery Powered Converter
Rugged aluminum enclosure with LCD display and three external programming keys. Mounts on top of flow sensor, on a wall or in a panel. Features empty pipe detection, and includes pulse, frequency and alarm outputs. Features PC or hand terminal programming. Optional RS485 communications. NEMA 4X enclosure. Up to four year battery life with optional four (4) internal lithium D cells.
SMALL BORE MAGNETIC FLOW SENSOR
FM05 Ultra-small Electromagnetic Flow Sensor
1/4" threaded male connections. For flows from 0.8 to 15.8 gph. Compatible with pulsating flows. Handles pressures up to 145 PSI. Hastelloy-C electrodes. Temperatures up to 140 °F.
