PERISTALTIC
HOSE PUMP TUBING AND TUBING CONNECTORS
Rugged, long-life peristaltic pump hose in a wide
variety of sizes. Color-coded connectors make it easy to match
the connector to the right size tubing. Tubing and connectors
are compatible with many commercially available peristaltic
pumps.

SIGMAMOTOR
PRESSURE RELIEF AND BACK PRESSURE VALVES
Sigmamotor back pressure valves prevent siphoning
and varying rates of dosage from fluctuating downstream pressure
by enacting positive discharge pressure in your metering pump
system. Pressure relief valves operate when the system pressure
raises above the set pressure of the valve to protect systems
from damage due to blockages or excessive pressure situations.

SIGMAMOTOR
CALIBRATION CYCLINDERS
Sigmamotor Calibration Cylinders will enhance your chemical feed
systems by allowing verification of the flow rate of the feed pump.
Sigmamotor Calibration Cylinders are critical to accurate determination
of your system flow rate, either at start-up or following maintenance.
PVC cylinders are made from clear PVC with gray PVC ends that are
NSF 61 rated. Glass Cylinders are also available. |
|
SIGMAMOTOR PULSATION DAMPENER
SigmaMotor FL Series Pulsation Dampeners offer an inexpensive solution to protect
chemical feed systems from harmful effects of pulsating flows. The simple
chargeable design is CNC machined from PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene or PVDF.
There are no exposed metal bolts. The FL Series provides smooth, steady flows
for better flow metering accuracy. |

SIGMAMOTOR
GAUGE ISOLATOR
Sigmamotor pressure gauge isolators allow standard
pressure gauges to be used in corrosive services. The upper
section (gauge side) is filled with glycerine. A diaphragm
separates the glycerin from the lower section which connects
to the pressure source. A 1/2” FNPT port is provided
for connection to the pressure source. Materials are PVC
body with Viton™ diaphragm. Optional adjustable flow
switch built into the pressure gauge! |

SIGMAMOTOR
INJECTION QUILL
SigmaMotor EL Series Injection Quills are used to provide safe delivery
of chemicals into pipelines. The quill end ensures the dispersion of
the chemicals away from the pipe wall. The integral spring loaded check valve
prevents backflow from the pressurized pipe if there is a break in
the discharge piping. A union connection on the inlet allows for ease of
installation and maintenance. |
